Enquiries

If you contact IMUVERSE, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address and project details. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, assess potential work and manage any resulting business relationship.

Website data

This site does not use advertising trackers or behavioural advertising cookies. When you submit the project enquiry form, your information is transmitted to an IMUVERSE server-side function for validation and delivery to our business email.

Verification and service providers

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and related security controls to reduce automated abuse. Cloudflare may process browser, network and security information, including an IP address, for that purpose. Valid enquiries are delivered through Google services to IMUVERSE Google Workspace email. These providers may process or store information outside Australia under their service arrangements.

Use, sharing and retention

IMUVERSE uses enquiry information to respond, assess potential work and manage any resulting business relationship. We do not sell enquiry information. We may use service providers involved in hosting, security, email and business operations where reasonably required. Enquiries and resulting correspondence are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and applicable legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements.

Security

IMUVERSE uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and limits access to people who need the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Access, correction and complaints

You may contact IMUVERSE to ask about personal information we hold about you, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before providing access.
